Eric Lauzon – Chairman

Currently sits on the Boards of several organisations and runs a Management Consultancy practise. He previously served for 4 years as Global Chief Information Officer (CIO) at International Baccalaureate (IB). Eric lead a global team whose mandate was to ensure the strategic, effective and efficient use of technology to drive and support an anticipated 10,000 IB World Schools and 2½ million students by 2020.

Widely lauded as an industry visionary for his thought leadership, Eric’s views are regularly sought after by global audiences. He speaks frequently and passionately at key international events, especially about empowering young people and alleviating poverty through the strategic use of technology. Eric has co-authored a book in 2008 entitled “Building a Green IT Team” from the “Inside the Minds” series of books. He also pens a bi-monthly column for Enterprise Innovation, a premier business and technology publication. Eric holds four patents in telephony and VoIP technologies.

Prior to the IB, Eric spent 22 years at Nortel, where he held several leadership positions in Canada, the UK, China and Singapore. He was Nortel’s CIO for Asia-Pacific from 2006 to 2009.

Melvin Chong – CEO

Founder of Ennovatez, Melvin has extensive experience and success as an IT professional with more than 30 years in senior management roles, leading diversified and distributed regional teams across Asia and Europe.

His broad experience includes Account Management, Enterprise Architecture, Application Development, IT Operations and Project Management. He has spent his distinguished career working for fortune 500 global companies which are leaders in their industry. His unique experience spans across multiple industries; manufacturing, IT managed services, telecommunication and consultancy.

Some of his key achievements include building and supporting one of the largest private secured enterprise network across 35 countries, connecting more than 10,000 employees and over 3000 business Partners across Asia and Europe region anytime and anywhere. Melvin has outstanding leadership skills combined with a passion for quality service and client satisfaction.

Tang Thin Choy– Business Advisor/Consultant

Thin Choy has over 30 years of IT Servicing experiences and had worked for Ennovatez several years as Director Business operations, focusing on the development of HR and Recruitment business. He now acts an advisor and consultant to Ennovatez business.
